Just a Fork?
We asked the kitchen for a fork, and he refused to give us a fork because we didnt order food from him. We stayed for 6 days and the hotel was empty the time we were there, but after how rude he was, we decided to leave and extend our stay elsewhere.

This property doesn’t allow visitors. I stayed for 6 days and I was allowed only one visit. I reserved the room for 2 adults and registered my guest but they are not allowing the registered guest for the 2nd time. Nobody here speaks English and not at all accommodating. Front desk guy/ receptionist was rude to me and I felt a little unsafe.

Needs to be better
Wifi wants you to sign in to facebook. Horrid pillows. Non functioning chromecast. Remote control locked so you cant change dub to english. Easy things to fix that would make this place much better.

Very good.
Clean room, good room service, quiet, the bed somewhat hard for my comfort. In general, a very good hotel and I would repeat my stay in it.

If sketchy areas bother you this is not for you. It’s not a tourist area. Prostitues all up and down the street daily. I stayed 4 nights and saw the same women nightly. Beds and pillows are HORRIBLE, I felt like I was sleeping on time floor. What I loved was the metro is located right across the street that took me to majority of tourist areas I needed to go to. Very clean and staff was great. Food is pretty decent in lobby as well. FYI- I was charged for a simple cup of hot water, if you need hot water be sure to have some change.

I stayed here mainly due to the fact that it’s right off the metro I wanted. I was going to iguala And taxquena was a few stops down. Overall I felt comfortable. A few stops to the Zocalo and a few stops from the canals. Overall the area is a normal neighborhood. If you are visiting and are not use to a typical non tourist Mexican area it’s prob best to stay in another area. I loved staying there personally and will be staying again. The bed sucked tho.

Ok for a night but not much more
Had to wait a little longer then expected to check in due to other guests checking in, but once it was my turn it went lightning fast. There is no menu for room service so if you want to know is available you have to go down to the restaurant, no physical menu and if you do not have a smartphone and internet you can’t access the QR code menu. Ordered a burrito for room service, over priced and did not remind me of a burrito at all; was ham and cheese in a tortilla looked like the photo of the quesadilla but rolled up…. No beans??? Bed is very firm, pillows are flat had to stack up for support. WiFi is great, and can screen share to TVs, which is great since there is only programming available in Spanish.

Las instalaciones del hotel estan en buenas condiciones, el personal es amable, y es accesible para llegar desde el metro. . Lo destacable es el restaurante que tiene buen sazon y el wifi .Lo que podria mejorar es la limpieza, en la ropa de cama habia algunos vellos y cabellos
