Had to wait a little longer then expected to check in due to other guests checking in, but once it was my turn it went lightning fast. There is no menu for room service so if you want to know is available you have to go down to the restaurant, no physical menu and if you do not have a smartphone and internet you can’t access the QR code menu. Ordered a burrito for room service, over priced and did not remind me of a burrito at all; was ham and cheese in a tortilla looked like the photo of the quesadilla but rolled up…. No beans??? Bed is very firm, pillows are flat had to stack up for support. WiFi is great, and can screen share to TVs, which is great since there is only programming available in Spanish.
