It wonderful to be able to stay at the airport for a few hours before our flight. it is very close to the departure area, took us 5 minutes to walk there.The room was clean and comfortable. check in and out were very easy.

Excellent stay for a deserted traveller, safe clean, easy access to the terminal. Perfect for my 60hr journey home. The restaurant was delicious - Tacos for the win!! Bar is open 24 hrs which is a bonus. The only thing I would say is there is maybe 1 channel with English speaking...

Love the fact that the hotel is inside the airport as we were able deal with a hassle free getting to the airport. Plenty of Security obviously with plenty of food options and reputable taxi service at your doorstep. The restaurant and bar inside the Hilton had plenty of options and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel is very convenient as it is inside the airport terminal 1. However, it has a sewer smell throughout the building. You end up getting used to it but it’s unpleasant. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was terrific, with clean rooms and a great staff. The one big flaw that prevents me from leaving a five star review is that the signage in the airport is very poor to direct you to the hotel itself. There is a point that you need to turn off of the main hallway to find the hotel (turn at McDonald’s) but there are no signs indicating that. We were very happy with our stay, but finding it was more of a hassle than it should have been.

We were advised of renovations 24/7 until end of May, on the day of travel and outside the 24H window to look at alternatives. The level of disruption, due to the renovations, was terrible. Essentially, paid full price for shower, as no one could sleep through this. On positive, the breakfast was good, and given limited time on the property (arriving late a night), cannot truly rate staff. If planning to stay at this hotel prior to May 31, 2026, I would strongly reconsider.

It's a very good option for those who don't want to leave the airport terminal 2; it's clean and orderly, with just two minor maintenance issues with the water coming out of the shower onto the floor, which a towel helped with, and in the shower, one of the rubber spouts was off, so there was more pressure, not a bad thing, but an observation. There is an onsite restaurant with room service, but there are also many more restaurants in the terminal that you can eat at without heading past security. A great option for CDMX overnight.
