El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación excelente! Todo muy bien, la única observación que hago es que únicamente te dan un rollo de papel de baño lo cuál me pareció un poco extraño

Me asignaron una mejor habitacion , la persona que me recibió Juan, fue muy amable y siempre estan al pebdiente. Tuve un poco de frío y solicite un calentador, el colchon si es duro es lo único que cambiaría... No hay Agua para beber y no hay alguna tienda cercana... Pero aún así con gusto me volveria a hospedar me gustó mucho la y habitacion la zona es hermosa y super segura vale la pena lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Linda Suite en inmejorable zona. Cuenta con todo lo indispensable para pasar una estancia perfecta. Nos gustó mucho, la persona que nos recibió "Juan" muy educado, amable y servicial. La habitación tiene justo enfrente un hermoso jardín. No le hace falta nada, la verdad estuvimos muy muy agusto.

Al principio estaba decepcionada porque nos cambiaron de locación por un problema en el departamento anterior pero me hablaron directamente y me informaron la situación así como nos re ubicaron y al llegar nos dieron un lindo departamento con vista a la calle y un pequeño balcón, todo estuvo muy bien y el servicio del personal muy amable y servicial

ESTANCIA - no muy agradable

La habitación en términos generales bien, pero: La cama estaba demasiado dura y las noches que estuve ahí no pude dormir, demasiado dura para una cama de huésped. Por otro lado, y es una sugerencia, en las suites deberían de vender un poco de café, agua, algún bocadillo, si no traes carro (mi caso) es muy complicado que puedas conseguirlo afuera, dado que por la ubicación, no hay ninguna tienda o autoservicio cerca.

Resulta que mi cuarto se inundó por huracán, entonces me reacomodaron a un departamento del dueño, no puedo hablar acerca del hotel, pero si de lo atento que estuvo el personal para reelocalizarme, solo por ese mega detalle que tuvieron (porque me perdí) les pongo a todo lo del staff, me cuido la hija del portero que era muy buena onda y atenta.
