Location, location
Second stay. Cleanliness is outstanding. I only wish that the beds were more comfortable—very hard—with some extra pillows. Laundry is included if you purchase the detergent. This is extremely helpful and the ladies do a great job. The location is safe and walkable. I will stay again.

Perfect location. Calm neighborhood, felt very safe. Apartment had 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, balcony, kitchen en dining. It was perefct for our family. Very kind housekeeping and manager!

This place is close to everything for a good price. The only thing there is no front desk but otherwise not a problem

Good value, comfortable at decent location
Comfortable and clean apartment in a decent location. Few things did not work such as the downstairs key and the shower door. One great thing the apartment includes daily maid and laundry service.

I booked a king bed suit but was given a queen bed. And there was bes bugs (i have pictures to.support it). I called the management but they said they only have Queen bed apartments. I had to get Expedia to call them to get them to change my apartment.

this is not a hotel... apparently these residences are used by people coming to work in DF for the week and then they rent it at a very high price for the week end... Everything is clean, but you have to go to the store for basics such as coffee... Very few restaurants/bars in the immediate area..

very near to embassies, restaurants, malls and felt very secure and safe walking in this neighborhood. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean and spacious an comfortable. Felt like home. Staff that greeted us were very courteous and friendly and accommodating. .

Nice place to stay (not a hotel)
This is not really a hotel. It is more like using AirBNB. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one TV, WiFi and a small kitchen. It is located in a nice area. There were three things that are not like in a hotel: 1. It was a long weekend (Monday was holiday) and therefore, they did not clean neither on Sunday nor on Monday. 2. Since it is not a hotel, no room service, no lobby/concierge or anything you will normally find in a hotel. 3. Neighbors were very noisy and the walls are thin.

We loved Grupo King Suites. Our preference is to stay in apartments rather than hotels where we can cook if we like. The apartment is in Polanco, an upscale area of Mexico City and is within easy walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, shopping, parks and museums. The apartment was scrupulously clean and you can have housekeeping come in daily. If you leave dirty clothes in basket provided your clothes come back washed and folded, same day at no additional charge. King bed was very comfortable. The sofa and dining set were basic, but that was of no concern. Excellent WiFi. Excellent water pressure in shower. Plenty of hot water.

We had no hot water. We had to warm up water in cooking pots over the stove to take a shower. We did notify the staff, but the problem wasn’t fixed. We only stayed 3 nights, but those three nights with no hot water overshadowed the good of the place. Very nice neighborhood, although, a bit far from places to eat. The coffee shop right in front was always closed. The place was clean and perfect for our family of four. The WiFi worked excellent and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment. We felt safe....however, the hot water issue needs to be resolved!

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms
The suites are nearby to the center of Polanco. The suites are quite large, with well-appointed kitchen and very large bedrooms. The price was exceptional. The only drawback- which may have been built into the price- was that there is construction next door. Loud building noises from 8:00am to 7:00pm. It didn't bother me so much because I am out of the room all day but might bother someone who spends time in the room during the day. Overall, nice set-up in relatively good location. 4 blocks further south and the rates would be double.

Nice place in Polanco.
Very nice place to stay. Great location. They clean your room and change your sheets every sigle day. And for a small fee, you could have your clothes washed and pressed. Definitely recommend it.

No querían entregar el depa de último momento
No querían entregar el apartamento de último momento argumentando un problema de tubería etc etc, y no se querían hacer responsables a pesar de que ya estaba reservado y pagado el lugar. Argumentaban que me quisieron contactar cosa que no pudieron demostrarme porque yo había hablado una noche antes de la fecha de entrada justamente para pedir entrar temprano al apartamento. Y al día siguiente que era el check Inn, no nos querian entregar, Tuve que exigir una solución porque eso no era mi responsabilidad. Al final nos dieron un apartamento en otra zona. Que aunque el apartamento estaba bien, nos quedaba muy muy lejos de todos los planes que ya tenia con mi familia, lo que resultó en un gasto mayor en transportes por la ciudad.

Buenisima ubicación y estacionamiento. El depa tiene lo justo con camas ya para cambiar. Sin tele en los cuartos ni clima, en verano no me quedaria alli. Solo te dan champu una vez por estancia, si pides más te lo dan como de favor después de rogar. El papel del baño y las toallas también tienes que mendigarlas

Excelente ubicación, el personal es muy amable sobretodo el portero que también se encarga de del mantenimiento, la camarista súper amable, nos lavó la ropa que ya se había ensuciado durante el viaje y ella se encargó de todo. El departamento súper cómodo y con todo lo necesario para que la estancia fuese fenomenal, les agradecemos tanto mi esposa como un servidor, todas sus atenciones. Un gran alojamiento en un excelente lugar
Siempre es bueno alojarse en Musset, nos sentimos como en casa desde hace años. Es la primera opcion ante todo. Bien ubicado, comodo, y la gente que lo atiende es de lo mejor, siempre dispuestos. Volveremos pronto.
