Andrea was a great host, she was waiting for us for our checkin and was very friendly and supportive during or stay, sharing great tips and always worried that we were fine.The place is exactly as described, everything super clean and tidy and well decorated. The apartment is located is a secure neighborhood were uou can find convenience stores and restaurants.I'd stay there again if in CDMX.

Impeccable host and absolutely perfect property. This is where you want to stay! If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)Spotless rooms, fully-stocked with everything to relax after a busy day of touring around. The location is perfect for everything we came to see. Only needed transportation to the airport, otherwise the location is central enough to enjoy everything possible! Perfectly tucked away on a quiet street, we felt safe and relaxed walking to fantastic shops, bistros, cafes, parks and more! Andrea went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and her thoughtful recommendations were our guide for the entire stay. Definitely will rebook and recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great location, house and host

A great place to stay when exploring CDMX and surrounds. The host is exceptionally welcoming from sharing recommendations on things to see and do from restaurants to helping arrange a trusted driver for our trip to Tolantango. The place is great too; comfortable and nicely decorated with everything you need for a great stay.

Perfect Mexico City Visit

Andrea was an amazing host with an immaculate property in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and Andrea! She welcomed us on our arrival and checked in frequently with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. She provided us with an extensive handout listing recommendations of things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit. We definitely will be staying here again!

I can’t leave a review yet but when I can it will say something like: Our 4-day stay at this apartment in La Condesa neighborhood was really wonderful. The apartment is so modern and spacious, each of the three bedrooms is very large with super comfy beds and lots of lovely amenities (pillows, lamps, desks and dressers). The living room has awesome sitting options and has several bookcases full of awesome reading material. The skylight above the dining table is lovely, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed including the most delicious coffee and teas. The two bathrooms were perfect, with lots of hot water and great water pressure. This was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Entry and check in was so easy, and we felt extremely safe at all times in this quaint, quiet neighborhood of tree-lined streets. I can’t say enough about the location - we walked everywhere for three if four days, and then hired Erick to drive us to Casa Azul and Coyoacán for just one day. Fabulous coffee 1/2 block away at Wilbertss. I highly, highly recommend this apartment and hope to return. By the way, the host was amazing and so helpful from day 1!

Charming Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint home in a great area in CDMX. The home has a very laid back and casual lived-in feel with plenty of room to spread out and super comfy beds. Andrea was very attentive to our needs and provided a detailed guide to make things easy. All the shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby made our daily strolls so enjoyable. One word of advice is that you keep a tidy kitchen to prevent ants from showing up! We learned that early on and never had another issue. All in all, it was wonderful vacation!

Perfect stay!

We had the most wonderful assistance with pre-planning including being connected to a terrific, reliable driver who even took us on a long journey to the butterfly sanctuary. The apartment was top notch — clean, comfortable and quiet within and without. The location was on a side street very near many neighborhood restaurants and markets. Every imaginable need was provided for. I recommend this stay highly and hope for a future stay myself!

Excellent location for exploring Mexico City

Booking with Sophia was a brilliant choice for our family’s first trip to CDMX. The apartment is spacious, well stocked and quiet despite being in the heart of Condessa. The juice bar down the block was lovely. Plus Sophia kindly helped us connect with Eric (a wonderful driver and generous guide), Andrea (who gave an amazing tour of Teotihuacán) and Antonio (whose bike tour is exhilarating). Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described by our host, Andrea. It is perfectly located near restaurants, shops, parks, etc. in a busy neighborhood but on a quiet street. Inside the apartment was perfectly quiet. It was beautifully appointed with everything one needs and, in addition, we all loved the decorative plants and artwork. Andrea not only responded almost immediately to all our questions, she checked in with us daily to be sure were doing well. We look forward to staying in the apartment on our next visit to Mexico City.

Lovely Stay in Condesa

My sister, a friend, and I recently stayed at this spacious and comfortable apartment. It is perfectly located on a quiet street in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk or easily Uber to all our destinations. Andrea was a wonderful host who initially supplied a very thorough guide to the apartment and the neighborhood. She also arranged a trip to the ruins with her driver and suggested tour guide. Andrea met us at the apartment when we first arrived and kindly provided a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. She was always communicative and helpful. We were pleased with our choice and would happily stay there again.

Wonderful experience in Condesa

We are very pleased with this apartment. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and we felt very safe. Sophia, the owner was extremely helpful from our time of booking until our departure. Her personal guide that she sends when you book was very helpful for finding stores and restaurants and other locations in the neighborhood. Eric, the driver she recommended, was on time, handled México City traffic like a pro and was very personable. He was an invaluable resource the day we went to Casa Azul and other locations. He also picked us up and returned us to the airport. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mexico City.

Brilliant

Had a great stay for a week at Sophia’s property. Highly recommend. Great central location, proactive and accommodating property owner, clean and well maintained property, never waited for more than 4 minutes for an Uber and conveniently located to restaurants and cafes. My daughter and I stayed but the apartment has three rooms and two full bathrooms, so plenty of space. Sophia had a top notch water purifier which saved us from hauling water back to the apartment. Also our Spanish is not very good and the area was highly accommodating to rudimentary Spanish speakers.
