The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. The interior needs to be refurbished on the 6th floor. Wallpaper is separating from the wall and one electrical outlet between the beds doesn't work nor does the desk lamp.

Amazing stay! Staff was very friendly, and left my room clean every day when I returned for the night. Definitely want to come back to this location when I plan another trip to CDMX!

Was very clean however since I had filtered my search with " breakfast included" I thought breakfast is free but I chargrd for the breakfast. So if you want to use the breakfast be aware. Also one night I called and asked for the utensils and I never received it. On the other hand I asked for the mini fridge, the next day they provided for me. I wish they had a swimming pool tho.
