About this property

Contemporary townhouse with plenty of light

  • The uniqueness of this project is that the architect decided to make townhouses instead of apartments. Each house has its own private entrance and wooden deck. It’s a three-story contemporary townhouse with a very open layout the double height windows allow natural light into the living rooms. The main bedroom with a private balcony is located on the 3rd level both bedrooms and deck have views to a beautiful tree creating a very peaceful light & view. Oasis in the middle of the city

    * as of January 2026 a neighboring lot has started a construction. Preventive measure for dust have taken effect but there will be noise from 9-6pm and depending on the advanced of the construction it can me insignificant or significant :s

    The Space:
I personally decorated this place improvising by using some furniture that belonged to my great grandparents house in Cuernavaca and some vintage pieces i was able to put together. This space is constantly being redecorated as part of its constant update. So its possible you find the place much better than the fotos. I would love your feedback on it :)

This special place is close to cultural and historical landmarks, making it easy to plan your visit and walk to the most famous art galleries, parks and museums in Mexico City.

    Its a three story townhouse:

-Main entrance level: Two parking spots and the laundry room at the back of the garage

-1st level is the outdoor deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom

-2nd Level is the guest bedroom with full bathroom. The bedroom overlooks into the living room and has views to the outdoor area. You can close this area with the windows and black out for full privacy

-3rd Level is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

The instructions were easy to follow and the apartment was just as advertised. Convenient to many locations for walks and museum visits, and secure and safe with a 24 hour guard at the gate. But the apartment needs some new paint and little touchups to really make it shine, as well as air-conditioning.
