It was very clean and comfortably slept six people. Diana was great -- very responsive and helpful. On the downside, there was little or no hot water. A bit noisy at night due to passing cars, neighbors, etc. (but I guess every place in Mexico City is!). One real bedroom for parents; one nook with two bunk beds plus a futon for additional guests (up to 6 total). Conveniently located: very close to the Isabel la Catolica metro station, or a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo through the historic area. Also plenty of bars + restaurants in the streets that are perpendicular to Isabel la Catolica street (one block north and south).
