I suggest a few more bottles of free water each day - only 2 for my full stay and then add more sockets to plug in laptop beside the desk for example but overall a great location and no real issues

Extremely disappointing experience-not what I expected at all. I booked TWO rooms through my Expedia account for my mother, choosing this property because of its great reviews and Polanco location. Unfortunately, her experience was nothing like what we expected. First, there was NO air conditioning. More concerning, however, was the cleanliness and the response from the property. The room and bathroom were dirty upon arrival. When my mother contacted the property asking for the room to be cleaned or changed, she was told housekeeping was only provided once every 7 days and she would have to wait. Her entire stay was only 5 days!She had to buy cleaning products and clean! She also requested fresh towels because the ones provided smelled old and did not feel clean, yet they would not provide clean ones. The experience became even more uncomfortable when my mother was playing music from her phone at a very low volume — around level 6 — and a security came to the room to tell her that music wasn’t allowed.The excessive restrictions made the property feel more like a prison than a welcoming place. I travel frequently and rarely leave reviews like this. I love Mexico and have always experienced wonderful hospitality here, which makes this even more disappointing. For the price, location, and TWO rooms booked, basic cleanliness, fresh towels and respectful service should be the minimum. I cannot recommend this property and sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Great spot.

Great place...clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Only thing is TVs are a little confusing, especially for elder adults. They're smart TV's with Aps, easy for Netflix, Amazon, etc., but can't really watch live local TV.

Great location, rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was excellent from the doorman to the cleaning ladies, everyone was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not fully equipped. There was only one coffee pod provided, very limited plates (just 2 large and 3 small), not enough towels, and no trash bags available. In addition, the fridge has a water filter option, but it was not working. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the service and comfort, but the kitchen amenities and maintenance could definitely be improved to better match expectations.

The apartment itself is nice and it is in a beautiful walkable area of Polanco with a ton of restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores however, be aware that there is no Airconditioner! We came in May and it was extremely hot in the room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The room in general was fine, but the bathroom was awful. Not sure why the owners won’t spend a little money, redo the tile walls and floor. It doesn’t cost a lot. They should probably refinish the wood floors in the main bedroom area too. Pictures looked a lot better than the actual condition of the room. Location was pretty good. Close to a lot of good restaurants. But no convenience, stores nearby. The host was fine and kept in good communication.

Extraordinary housing choice. When planning our trip to CDMX we were worried about safety, and thought perhaps a hotel reservation would be better, but we had zero concerns the whole week. The apartment was impeccably clean, newly furnished, very comfortable, quiet. 24 hr doorman, elevator. We walked out to eat or explore multiple times daily. Palanco has many extraordinary food choices, and is close to the park, the famed anthropology museum, and many other sites of interest. Uber in CDMX is quick, safe, and reliable. Loved having an apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms- much better than a hotel. Also, Capitalia was very responsive with the only problem we encountered- room door code didn't work when we arrived- but they had us inside the apartment within a matter of minutes via a responsive WhatsApp chat. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Leider war das Zimmer zu hellhörig. Man könnte von den Nachbarn aber auch von Restaurant gegenüber alles hören. Als ob ins Zimmer wären. Wir hatten schon Mitte den Aufenthalt keine Toiletten Papier mehr und obwohl angefragt, würde weder die Nachricht beantwortet noch nachgeliefert. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und Abends war das Zimmer schon frisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Security Personal am Eingang sind nur sehr nett sondern Mega hilfsbereit.
