El hotel estaba muy bien pero el personal y el servicio si le falta muchísimo. Tienen muy mala comunicación entre ellos, cuando uno pedía algo no lo hacían o se les olvidaba

I needed to change my reservation and the staff was not accommodating. Also, the water went out of service. The next morning the water was coming out muddy and dirty. We requested assistance and they said it was out of their control. We then asked for a refund, and they denied it.
