At ChiCo, we want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so it is important to follow the next rules:
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It`s important not to grant access to the building to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown please let us know as soon as possible.
