I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and everything was exactly as expected. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean though the beds were a bit firm. Good view and good ventilation as well. Ensure you bring shampoo as they only provide hand soap and body wash. The cleaning staff comes daily and provided water daily too. The breakfast was filling and clean; they gave a menu of options to choose from.

Overall good value for money. The location is very good, close to downtown historic site, shops, restaurants and metro. The hotel complex is small but it has all you need for a solo traveller and just a few stops to both buses and airport terminal.

Things I liked were the distance from Zocalo, Merced and Sonora Markets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a little small especially bathroom. The door was a little weird we could see light coming through around the door. Window had no screen to keep bugs out and found several small cockroaches in room and bathroom. Overall it was ok.

I got this Hotel and I was actually quite surprised at the organization and cleanliness of it. I only stayed one day. It was pretty noisy when I got there in the evening around 7 PM. The lobby had a couple of people there with their phones and the volume was loud people were not using their headphones but as the evening continued, it was pretty quiet between the hours of 10 PM and 8 a.m. when I left so I was able to get a good nights sleep the street that the hotel is on is pretty dark and doesn’t look trustworthy at night so I did not travel out, but I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is nice, decently renovated. Amenities are not up to standard. The one blanket is on the cheaper side as well as the towels. Toiletries are also less than standard quality. It’s convenient for the location. Staff is helpful

The room was veeery clean Mrs Laura was great and the whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful, a 10 minute walk to Zocalo aaand shops everywhere for those who love shopping, the only hiccup was the parking but Pension Zocalo(look it up on maps about 2km away) had a great 24hr service to leave the car during our stay so 10/10 do recommend (ps. Do not leave your car parked out on the street even if the spot is open; the neighbors are seriously delulu)

Very friendly staff that were very accomodating of privacy. The room was a good size, but it was very hot during the summer months. There is a small fan that is provided that did help some, but buying another made it more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure. The area is a bit outside of the very downtown core (Zocalo), but you can walk there in half an hour without issue. I would stay here again, but likely in a larger room, probably during the cooler months.

The property is in a good condition, the area is appropriate for people who has business(buy staff for selling in the store). For people going to vacation NOT definitely, it’s too many blocks from zocalo and the streets alone after the store closing. Unsafe por walking people. You need to be inside the property no more than 6 pm.

It's a small hotel but customer service is amazing everyone is so friendly and great customer care. It's always clean, and they clean your room only if you want them too witch I like because if I didn't want them to go in they didn't. Is like 10 or 15 minutes from the socalo walking. If return to mexico these will be my hotel. Thank you everyone for everything amazing 👏
