The resort is a tranquil paradise. Our large and comfy room had a breathtaking sea view and was very clean and well-equipped. There is an amazing large flowing pool from one side of the resort to the other and the resort’s white sand beach was pristine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Front Desk Rodiverth and Sara, Blanca and Ramses service were spectacular at the Lobby Bar, Elias and Charly from the greeting team provided outstanding service! The food and service were top of the line at Chianti, La Joya, Isla Contoy, Viña del Mar, Sunset Sunrise Bikine Bar. The food and service was great at Havana Club Steakhouse, however, we waited over one hour and half to be served the main course and staff turn off the lights in the middle of the dinner. We ordered dessert and the server came back half hour after to apologize because the kitchen was already closed. Even so 10/10 for food, service and relaxation!"
