The 'deluxe' room was not very deluxe although it was fine (clean, quiet, etc). The great strength of this place is its chef. A good breakfast and a remarkably good dinner!

Everything was amazing from walking into reception to be greeted by Sophie who gave us a tour of the building and showed us our room. She was super welcoming and helpful. The views from the restaurant on Mt Hutt were mind blowing. Dinner was next level and full continental and/or English breakfast. Will definitely be back!!

Despite a late notice WOTIF booking for New Years Eve staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating with great recommendations for the area. Value was excellent with a great room and food, but the absolute standout was the hard working helpful staff.
