Cabin was excellent! Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything that we needed for our group to make a great dinner. We did not use the hot tub although we did open it up to see if it worked (it did.) The fire pit is next to a creek that isn't audible from the cabin but was very relaxing to listen to fireside. Water pressure can be a bit low if multiple showers are in use but that should be expected.

Comfortable, spacious, serene, fully loaded with amenities!

This was our third year in a row staying at the Grand Arbor. We love the new bathroom on the first floor and all the upgrades they have made over the years. The location couldn't be more beautiful and the cabin is well maintained! Can't wait to come back next year!

Relaxing Getaway

This cabin never disappoints! We are return visitors, and I loved seeing the upgrades to the furniture in the living room and turning the basement into a bedroom and game room. We have a wonderful time relaxing and laughing all weekend. Thank you for keeping this memory alive for us as a family.

Secluded Cabin

Very nice cabin secluded back in the woods. Tons of room inside with lots of bedrooms, large living room and game room. Plenty of area outside for activities. Nice fire pit area and hot tub off the deck. Close enough to Brookville if you need supplies but still feels like you’re miles away from civilization! Recommend!

Family Time

Great time with family together. Some small issues with the cabin but didn’t take away from the special time of making memories. The host, Scott, is great with communication. We hope to be back again in the future.

Overall the cabin was a great getaway and had plenty of things to do! We loved how secluded it was, the family games and the proximity to Metamora and Brookville. The biggest concern was the cleanliness. There were wads of hair in the shower, stuff left in the fridge& freezer, candy wrappers under the couch and a sock and pair of sunglasses on one of the bedroom floor. The beds were also a little uncomfortable but manageable. While it was easy not having check out procedures I think it would help with cleanliness if you insisted all food be taken out of the cabin when leaving and bedsheets and towels be placed in the many hampers throughout the cabin. Overall thank you so much for opening your cabin up to us! We loved our weekend get away.

Great Family Cabin

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Arbor. There is something for everyone – game room downstairs, board games upstairs, fire pit, hot tub, volleyball net, a short hiking trail along the beautiful creek. Some corrections to the listing – the game room has a basketball game, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table, not a pool table. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king bed (not queen) + 1 single. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we would have liked a large pot for cooking corn or pasta. The grill needs a good cleaning. The house was clean, but the screen porch was quite dirty, so we contacted the owner about that and a few other maintenance issues. Someone was there within an hour or so to take care of it. Very responsive! Our GPS took us to the wrong place, so watch the mailbox numbers along the road as you get close. Be sure to open up the guest book when you arrive to take part in the treasure hunt!

Photos in the listing do not do the cabin justice! Many upgrades and cozy touches are added. We had a great family gathering for the holidays. We enjoyed finding fossils in the creek and large dining table for games.

Great location for groups.

My group stayed here for a nearby event. The interior of the building was great, and accommodated our large group quite well. There were no major issues with the property. The hosts were also extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond for us multiple times leading up to our stay.

Family Christmas/New Years

This was a very nice, peaceful property. My adult kids and their significant others and my in-laws stayed here over the New Year's weekend and loved it. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the kids enjoyed the hot tub. We got to hike around the property and enjoy the peace and quiet. Overall, it was a great stay.
