The distribution of the rooms is as follows: four bedrooms and one on the mezzanine each have a double bed and one bedroom has four single beds. Three rooms are located on the ground floor. It has a large garden of 13,000 m², a terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful fireplace. Pour des vacances surement pas. Grande maison mais dans "son jus", meubles inadequats pour un groupe de 13 (vieilles chaises, table allongée de bric et broc ", espace repas trop petit donc quelques convives sous les marches de l escalier .., vieux barbecue à l ancienne, meme pas une bonne cafetière. .A l arrivee menage mal fait (lavabos sales, poubelles salles de bain pleines, grille barbecue sale...).Conciergerie absente donc pas d etat des lieux, et pour finir, accusation mensongere d avoir cassé un haut de canapé et caution de 499 euros encaissée automatiquement par une 3eme plate-forme "Tylit "... En résumé : A fuir !!! Ou tres grande mefiance ...Cette location est encore bien trop chere pour ce qu elle propose ( en plus tout, vraiment tout à amener ! jusqu au sel et poivre etc etc...) bien que comme ils recuperent les cautions sans raison puisqu ' il n y a pas d etat des lieux...ni à l entrée, ni aux depart...seulemebt un inventaire succintavis aux amateurs ... ##### myriam o.
