"Would avoid. Issue with bathroom sink meant it was unusable for whole 3 night stay and bathroom smelt damp. Despite immediately flagging nobody turned up to take a look until 10 minutes before we were due to check out. Less of an issue, but if you pay a supplement for kids to stay, the very least you expect is that the kitchen is equipped for 4 people not 2\. "

"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."

We flew from Prague into Chareloi and took a flibco bus from that airport to the Brussels Midi where the hotel is. From The hotel we walked or took trains to the center for our activities. When we were leaving for Paris, the Eurostar was there for us to board th Paris. Quiet with lots of options for a quick bite. "

"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."
