About this property

Modern house, very quiet, close to the beach

  • Comfortable house in a very quiet dead end, ideally located in the village of Meschers (10 km from Royan), 5 min walk from the Nonnes beach (~ 400 m), 5 min from the supermarket and 10 from the village market. Small grass garden with terrace for outside dining, parasol / barbecue available. Large living room with TV / Game console + fully equipped open kitchen. Parental suite with private bathroom, 2 bedroom floors with 2nd bathroom and separate WC. Total area 120m², sleeps 8 (3 double beds, 1 × 160 + 2 × 140 and 2 bunk beds 90). Parking space for 1 car in front of the garage, possibility of parking on the street.
