"Nous avons passés un excellent weekend chez Jérémy! Cadre chaleureux, convivial, très propre et décoré avec soins, la maison est récente et très bien équipée. Réveil avec vue sur la forêt au matin un bonheur!! L'espace "guinguette" et BBQ couverts est vraiment top pour profiter entre amis a n'importe quelle saison! Jouets a dispo pour les enfants, propriétaire vraiment sympa, nous reviendrons!"

"Well eqipped property in rural surroundings with lovely large heated pool"

"I have just returned from a two week stay in Vensac. The property owned by Veronique was fantastic and very comfortable. The Hot-tub/Spa was also a great facility. Veronique gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful prior and during our stay. The area is very rural and quiet, with beautiful countryside, beaches and many fields of vines. The provision of bikes was also good as the cycle paths are a great way to see more of the countryside. All in all a great holiday."

Comme la maison n’était pas louée la semaine suivante, il nous a même proposé de rester deux nuits de plus gratuitement. Seul bémol : les salles d’eau très petites pourraient être rafraîchies. "Very nice stay. Neighbours were fab. V helpful but stayed put of the way for privacy too. Was a bit disappointed with bar b q. All decking so probably dangerous to have a proper one. What was there was a small chiminee plus a small electric one, neither great . Otherwise house was very good. V well organised and kitted out. Thank you !!"

"The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay which was helped by the weather and fact it was a family get together. The service fee should...

"Maison spacieuse, grandes pièces Bien située, environnement agréable et calme Petit bémol : La propreté du gite laisser à désirer, nous avons du nettoyer le lave vaisselle, le sèche linge, et beaucoup d'ustensiles... Dommage, car sinon , la maison et l extérieur sont sympa et sécures pour les enfants . La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est charmante, et nous lui avons fait part de nos réserves, on espère que cela sera pris en compte pour les prochains locataires."

"Three days before leaving the UK we were contacted by the owner's agent saying we had to leave a large € deposit (now increased). I offered a credit card but they would only accept a cheque or cash. Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions.
