The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Mers-les-Bains, this flat with sea view, 50m from the beach, with a surface area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a 55 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
Work is currently underway on the roof of the building.   
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 55 m² living room (west-facing) with TV, double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs and dining area.   
\- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A laundry room   
\- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) and double sofa bed, dressing room   
\- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), dressing room   
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Shower room with WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside :  
\- 4 balconies: 2 of 5 m² and 2 of 3 m² to make the most of sunny days.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the "Galiote" public car park, 400m away.   
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Tréport, about 600m from the station, about 10 minutes away.   
\- Nearest airport: Amiens, about 80 km by car
