Unfortunately, not a good choice for elderly due to steep stairs. The youngest person staying there was 72.One of our relatives accidentally locked bottom handle manual door lock and they were stuck outside waiting for 3 hrs to get no fix, because the after hour call center is in the Phillipines. We gave ideas, but their lockbox code was wrong and garage door code didn't work.Eventually, and luckily, the garage door was easy to roll up because it was not secured to the rail, and we were able to get them inside.Otherwise, their call center had no resolution. ##### Yesenia C.
