The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Expedia said it was room only but when we checked in we were told it was actually included so it was nice. The property is absolutely beautiful, it’s small and convenient right in front of a spectacular castle a couple blocks from downtown, everything was so close and so nice. The room was a little bit small as we took the cheapest option, but good in general.
