No son claras las reglas de pet friendly en la pagina de expedia, tuve cargos extra, las filas para el buffet largas, la comida de baja calidad, olor a drenaje por reparaciones
The property was very clean. Not many staff members spoke english. Food services were wierd hours and nobody at the desk when i had a early departure plus absolutely no lighting on the stairs or anywhere making it unsafe leaving at early hours. Staff was very friendly and the food was good.

When we left the motel to go to the airport no lightning on stairway pitch black . And walkway. Could of used some employees that spoke English

Staff lovely. Palapa architecture great, pool area excellent. Beach eroded. Resort is older but charming. Hurricane damage never fixed. Land beside it condo construction..

Great resort, the room was recently renovated. Restaurant was varied and really good, drinks also very nice, staff was friendly, the pool was beautiful and clean, the beach was small but enjoyable, the show was also fun. Only downside was the lack of wifi in the room

The property was overall dirty, the area where people eat had not been clean in awhile. This property allows Carnival Cruise ships to bring up to 200 guest twice a week and each time they would arrive they would take control of all the beach chairs and throw food and drinks all over the property (the staff would wait till almost 6pm to clean up the area). There were also dogs in both the pool area and eating area. Finally, when I booked this trip it was Reserve Now, Pay later, to secure their money they charge your card up front. When I tried to leave they gave me a piece of paper indicating they would credit my account but never did, so I had to dispute this with my credit card company. Picture look fantastic but the overall view is terrible.

The staff were just brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Alex, Reyes, Luis, Benni, Josjue and Gerardo (sorry if any names are spelt wrong!). Hotel was really great, not Riviera Maya little-US vibes - felt a lot more authentic

DO NOT STAY HERE! this is a 1 star resort at max. All inclusive? The food was what I imagine prison food is like. Beers were flat, alcohol is below bottom shelf quality. There is no internet in the rooms, barely any internet in public areas.
I have stayed in multiple all inclusive, from bad to 5 star, this is the worst by far. At the cost you are paying this is not worth it

We got the worst room ever had. The ac was only one option no warm water. No chairs in the room. TV channels was no working just for while. We need to ask for towels every day. This hotel needs remodeling as urgently. The bridge is falling in parts and no beach the all. The food was ok. But is pretty much the same every day. It to sad that there was a the only resort Hotel in the area. Hope really improves in all the aéreas. On price wise are highly expensive for the services and the conditions of the hotel.

We loved the friendliness of the staff. It is a beautiful venue. The rooms are sparsely decorated but serviceable. We had water front view was amazing. There were no dressers to put your clothes away and a few hangers. We lived out of our suitcases. I wished there was a shelve in the closet and in the bathroom to put stuff.

When you get there and you get Cintya at the reception you will be all good. She is very helpful and will go out of her way to help you. Mornings if you meet Victor at the egg station, he will make you smile and he’s very kind and courteous to you. David, Antonio and few other serves are always willing to get you drinks or help out in any way. Some of them know your entire family order so once you head to them they have it ready for you. Get place to spend time with family. The ocean is very calm but nice and clean. We spend 9 nights there and would definitely go back.

When Arriving the room was dirty and the towels were dirty and stained, they moved us to another room where the bathroom towel had smeared lipstick. The rooms and property are run down, broken light fixture in bathroom with wires hanging.
The Staff was fantastic!
You cant get food or water after 11 PM till 8 AM

For the price the hotel was decent. We did stay in one of the new rooms which had a beautiful view and comfortable beds. Deluxe included a mini fridge, blow dryer and iron. Food was buffet style, there was a good variety of different items at every meal and all was very flavorful with a nice selection of vegetarian items. The beach was pretty windy during our stay however the way the buildings were situated allowed for some wind free pool time with a view of the ocean. Staff was all friendly and attentive. Relaxing stay overall!

The Reef employees went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unique!
The waiter’s captain Mikey was awesome and making sure we were well attended. Same thing with the animation team inviting us to their nightly shows and daily activities
We truly enjoy our time at this property and for sure will return again!
