"Madame, Monsieur, Je tiens à être transparent : le logement est de bonne qualité, mais le service est très médiocre. Aucune serviette ni drap changés pendant le séjour. Aucun accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une prestation incluant un chef privé et un butler, mais seul le chef était présent, et il n’a pas pu travailler faute de matériel adapté. Le service de navette n’est pas à la hauteur d’une clientèle de cette gamme. Bref, la prestation n’est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix....

"Excellent location, staff were great, hotel was clean- although we had to ask twice on a 4night stay for our room to be cleaned and refilled with water and toiletries as neither had been done by 5pm. Rooms are very small so not quite value enough for money. If rates were cheaper it would’ve been more understandable but navigating room and bathroom was tricky when in ski attire! "
