"My stay was one month after the hotel opened. The staff was very friendly; however, the bathroom was not clean, I found lot of hair everywhere. Rooms were with down pillows but they had a strong uncomfortable smell. I don't know what material the bed sheets are made of, but they weren't fresh. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to take the stairs"

"Breakfast and room was good. The breakfast staff are on top of things and so friendly. Random that our standard queen room had a full-sized house fridge at the foot of the bed…. Completely out of place and odd. The pool needs tile work but the kids enjoyed the combo of going inside and outside. The hot tub needed to be emptied completely and started over.. the water clarity was scary and over chlorinated. Overall though I’d give it a 7:10\. "
