    The fully renovated penthouse with a size of 110 sqm offers 3 bedrooms for 6-8 people. Ideal for families, couples or small groups. The famous “Meraner Lauben” (arcades) with its numerous shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs is located just a few minutes' walk from the historic center.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung – eigentlich sogar noch besser. Vor allem die Lage fanden wir außerordentlich angenehm. Fußläufig bis in die City. Genauso waren die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf so zu erreichen. Der Empfang wie auch die Verabschiedung verlief herzlich und reibungslos. Also alles bestens!

Die Wohnung Villa Stubai ist ein Traum, noch schöner als auf den Bildern und absolut perfekt ausgestattet! Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten super bequem. Der Kontakt vorab und vor Ort ist total nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung zu 150% empfehlen. :-)

Toller Urlaub in Meran

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in Meran. Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Alles wie beschrieben und das Erlebnis war noch viel besser. Lage perfekt um zu Fuß in die Stadt und zu Restaurants zu gelangen. Die Wohnung war super sauber, alles wie neu und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolle Tage in Meran

Wir waren rundum zufrieden: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastgeber standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig und hell und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man erreicht das Zentrum von Meran in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
