Breakfast and staff were great. We had hair that was not ours in the bathroom and only one washcloth for 2 of us. When I spoke with the front desk they were very accomdating and refunded us some of our cost. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in this hotel.

This is normally our favorite hotel in the area, Fairfield is the best chain IMO...this time we were disappointed. There was some sort of baseball event going on, the place was crowded with teenagers. It was very noisy. Parents were loud too. Kids running the halls at night, left garbage in the breakfast area. Our lock on our door didn't work so they switched our room. We didn't realize the lock didn't work until we went to go out to eat, already had showered and unpacked but they gave us a different room. Staff was helpful.

Our room was awesome! They thought about all the little things we didnt. The peace you got was awesome. Massage chair was awesome sauce. Even down to the bag of ice in the freezer.I cant wait to go again.
