Ideally located in lush greenery, calm and relaxation await you in this villa just minutes from major highways (highway 5minutes, highways 15 minutes)
Our house of 180m2 will seduce you with its environment, its sunshine and garden of oaks, olive trees, lavender, oleander and other species.
Numerous terraces and its magnificent heated pool 00 x 12. 6. 00 secured by its electric cover and an extra alarm will make you privileged hosts.
The frame is beautiful, clear and calm it will view broken only by the chirping of cicadas. The villa is located 4km from the village where you will find all the amenities, including pharmacy and doctors.

The property was perfectly located for walks and day trips. You definitely needed a car because villa was quite remote. Pool lovely. Facilities lovely.

Méounes-lès-Montrieux Dream House

We cannot say enough about this wonderful property and its wonderful owners. From the moment we arrived and were introduced to the house by the lovely owners Daniel and Simone, to the day of departure, we loved every minute of our stay. The house is beautiful and lovingly cared for by the owners, and that shines through in everything. The pool is gorgeous and we loved the salt water. We enjoyed the small towns around us, and had a great visit to Aix en Provence as well (less than an hour away). Honestly, a gem of a house and simply wonderful owners who live close by but are very respectful of your privacy while available for questions and help when necessary!

Very lovely stay in a beautiful house

We really loved our stay for the last two weeks! It’s a very lovely house, even better and bigger than on the pictures! With very lovely hosts! We have had a very warm welcoming from them with home made ‘tapenade’ and they also made some lovely home made abricot confiture during our stay. We really like to come back in the future!

Wonderful stay in lovely villa

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa and owners Daniel and Simone will make you feel very welcome (amazing tapenade welcome gift). Although they live next door, your privacy is totally respected. We loved the large pool which is in sunshine virtually all day. Toulon, Hyères and Monaco are all within range if you do venture further afield. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Le Petit Bonheur. Een erg mooie woning met een fantastisch uitzicht, groot zwembad en op een zeer rustige locatie. Met zeer gastvrije eigenaren Daniel en Simone die ons hartelijk welkom heten en zeer behulpzaam waren met tips ed. Ze hadden zelfs ons verwend met drankjes in de koelkast en overheerlijke tapenade. Echt een aanrader.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf! Alleen het warme ontvangst van Daniel en Simone verdient al een 10! Heerlijk huis en zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht. Op een zeer rustige lokatie. Maison avec vue et piscine splendide dans un cadre naturel fabuleux.On avait de la chance de pouvoir passer 11 jours au mois de juin dans la maison de Simone et Daniel.Leur accueil a été très chaleureux (boissons fraiches dans le frigo).La maison est super propre, spacieuse et agréable. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchit après nos randonnées en bicyclettes. Et elle s'apprête vraiment bien à nager des longueurs. Du au fait qu'elle est au sel, on n'avait pas de guêpes ou de taons autour de la piscine.La table à manger sur la terrasse est très agréable dû à l'ombre du grand chêne à coté. Un petit super-marché, une boulangerie et une boucherie dans le petit village de Méounes nous ont énormément facilité nos achats souvent spontanés. On trouve aussi quelques bons restaurants dans un entourage de /-20 km.Bref, on recommande vivement cette location (et les tapenades de Simone :-). Merci à Simone et Daniel.On compte y retourner un jour.

Großzügiges Haus mit klimatisierten Räumen. Der Pool ist sehr gut und groß. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Schönes weitläufiges Grundstück mit Weitblick. Auf jeden Fall ist ein Fahrzeug notwendig, da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Als weiteren Sonnenschutz wäre ein Sonnenschirm nützlich gewesen, ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert!

Suite à un simple accueil Daniel et Simone se sont montrés comme de vrai pros. Sans que cela gène, Daniel s'est occupé de tenir la piscine pleine, chaude et propre, et Simone a remis de la tapenade aux dames ;). En tout un endroit calme, et agréable pour séjourner et oublier le monde autour. A refaire

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison de Simone & Daniel qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous. La maison est très bien agencée, confortable, fonctionnelle et la vue est magnifique. La piscine est grande et très propre, bien chauffée. Bref la maison idéale pour être au calme et faire des randonnées sans prendre la voiture. Très bon adresse !!!

Villa d'un calme exceptionnel

Si vous aimez le Farniente, cette villa est faite pour vous. Piscine aux dimensions hors normes (6*12), grande terrasse avec table de ping-pong, fauteuils et canapés pour les apéros, barbecue Weber pour les connaisseurs et transats pour tout le monde! Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans cette demeure et nous en garderons des souvenirs formidables (De la joie de nos enfants dans la piscine, à la famille de sangliers que vous croiserez surement aux alentours de la propriété). Côté propriétaires, Simone et Daniel sont tout simplement géniaux, le courant est tout de suite passé, ils sont à l'écoute, habitent à proximité et seront là pour vous si besoin. Petit conseil : Demandez la tapenade maison de Simone! Mais chut!.. Je ne vous ai rien dit... En conclusion, nous reviendrons!

Idyllique

Vacances de 2 semaines dans un cadre magnifique au calme, bercé par le chant des cigales. Accueil de Madame et Monsieur Garnier très chaleureux et d'une rare gentillesse qui nous a touché. Ils sont à l'écoute de leurs hôtes tout en restant très discrets. La villa et les extérieurs sont conformes à la description; un petit coin de paradis avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Seul petit bémol: le chemin d'accès pas vraiment adapté pour une voiture sportive. ( goudronné prochainement) On ne peut avoir qu'envie d'y revenir... Encore merci pour ce séjour de repos absolu!
