We met family for a toddler birthday celebration. The outside viewing design allowed everyone to sit, relax, talk, rest. The dogs loved it outside, they are search and rescue training so perfect for them to explore the rocks, trees, bushes. They are kenneled indoors, and the king bedroom door led out to deck for easy in and out without disturbing family. I recommend going to The Farm at Windy Hill in Mentone Fridays 2-5 for fresh produce, steaks to grill at the cabin, and fresh flowers. See the Desoto Falls, Mentone Market, the Possum Emporium. Otherwise, just chill on the brow. The beds were so comfy! We played games on the deck. We sat on the porch and watched deer in the yard. There is a baby bear statue that received nuts daily by the 2 year old. She loved walking and playing on the pebble pathway, climbing the rocks, and pushing her stroller around the driveway. There is a big playground at Moon Lake Village for kids. I recommend for adults and families with young kids.
