Apartment (ground floor) with private entrance, sea view, located in the prestigious resort of Porto Palo (menfi), awarded several times for its sea considered among the cleanest in Europe and for its beach in child size.  
Porto Palo is a beautiful seaside village situated a few kilometers from the Selinunte Archaeological Park and the terme of Acqua Pia.  
The apartment has a surface of mq. about 80, with a large veranda and outdoor space, equipped with air conditioning and heating (bedroom).  
Walking distance to the beach.  
  
4 beds distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with double bed (2 persons) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 places);  
(on request it is possible add another bed and cot)  
  
Also have 2 bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, provided Soap and towels.  
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and appliances such as oven, hob, fridge, freezer.  
Large dining/living area with table, chairs and tv very comfortable outdoor spaces with a veranda with table and chairs, private parking and playground for children.
