The location was a great place. Close to a lot of attractions especially a block away from Bealle street.
We had an amazing stay, the hotel is Very Clean, the room and bed were Great. Beale street is at your feet, so location is great too. The only complaint is nothing is complimentary not even a bottle water and the valet isn’t the best, Your car isn’t parked near so it takes awhile to get. Other than that we will stay every time in Memphis!!!
Warm Welcoming Staff. Helpful with transportation needs. Breakfast in the dining room had a friendly and attentive crew. Food tasty even other meals that I took back to room though a little too much per serving.
This is the hotel to stay at if you want to explore Beale Street and the area attractions. The staff is super friendly and if walkings not you thing, Ubers are available quickly. We had a great time. Our stay here really pulled it all together!
Room was immaculate, views were gorgeous, and every single staff member gave superb customer service. Every family member I traveled with felt the same. Great hotel!
The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable with beautiful views.
Very convenient location to Beale Street.
The food was delicious!
Great hotel that was well located in the city to explore and have fun. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms. It felt safe in the area and the rooms were quiet (well we were at the back of the property and they were). The rooftop bar was really great and the view of the bridge and Mississippi River was amazing. Pool was nice but the water was COLD. Nice seating areas around the pool. Was a great stay!
A modern, clean interesting hotel in a great location. We ate out for dinners, brunches and went to Beale street and never needed a car.
The rooftop bar was great! Staff very professional and friendly; the views of the Mississippi and sunset were fantastic. A simple food menu worked well when we had had a late lunch.
We’ll be back.
