i had an amazing stay at the HU Hotel. It was within walking distance from Beale Street and was super convenient. The staff was amazing and I loved the rooftop! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations of places to go and they were right!

We stayed 5 nights and had no issues at all. Rooms very comfortable and clean. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it had a great selection. We will definitely be coming back to Hu Hotel when back in Memphis ❤️ Highly recommended!!!

All the staff was amazing. So friendly to everyone. Rooms were clean. Very historic area. Was worried about safety at first, but not a thing to worry about. Only complaint is there were no ice machines on the floors.

This hotel is a 4.2 in my book. The customer service was fantastic during check-in and during breakfast. People were extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the 16th floor facility west and the room was always hot. Very quiet location with a fantastic view.

We didn't have to rent a car while during our stay. The hotel was close to the trolly and the River boat. We did have to use an uber a few times to get to the museums but was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions we had.
