Peaceful retreat

We had a very enjoyable stay near Melrand. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Martin was there to welcome us and gave some useful tips on places to visit. We particularly liked the music & dance ( & cider!) at the local pardon. There are some good walks nearby.

Has to be upgraded

The property is in a very beautiful part of Brittany, but unfortunately inside everything is very tired everything needs replacing. The shower is very small; if you are a small person its fine. The entrance is dangerous if you have walking difficulties . There was no maps or emergency information, apart from everything we enjoyed a three week peaceful holiday in an area we know very well. . , nof riful

Sehr ruhiges kleines Haus

We had a lovely stay!

The gite has everything you need for a nice break away from busy life. Basic but picturesque. The small river, which is a stone’s throw distance from the gite is great to cool down when it’s too hot. The location is ideal for hiking as there are many routes which start near the gite. Martyn and Jenny are the most friendly, helpful and hospitable hosts we have yet encountered while respecting their guest’s privacy. We had a lovely stay.
