This beautiful, fully renovated house combines tradition and modernity. The house comprises a large 40 m² living room (with pellet stove), communicating with a lounge (with wood-burning stove and TV), a fitted kitchen, a master suite (with shower and bath), two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A large 40 m² living room with cathedral ceiling \- A living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided)... \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room \- A utility room \- Separate WC First floor: \- Bedroom 2: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and dressing room \- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room. \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Children are welcome, with indoor and outdoor games available. Outside: \- A 30 m² south-facing wooden terrace with furniture. \- A large enclosed garden of 4000 m², planted with trees and flowers, with furniture, a hammock and children's play equipment (wooden teepee, swing) to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in very pleasant surroundings. It's a haven of greenery, ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. Plumergat (3 km away) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. Activities : \- Walk to the Saint-Derven mill \- Tennis court 5 minutes' drive away, open to all \- Green cycling route to Vannes 10 minutes away \- Morbihan Gulf \- Visit Vannes, Auray, Quiberon Bay, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (2 vehicles in the enclosed grounds and 1 vehicle in front of the gate).
