Worse all inclusive hotel ever
It was a terrible experience! We arrived late as our flight was delayed, given that it is an all inclusive hotel and it is in the middle of no where, they did not take this into account very well for any late arrival customer. All they had was some cold cheese, ham and bread to keep us going on the first night.
We paid extra to get sea viewed room and our balcony was 1/3 of the size of the rest and could hardly see the sea, it is more like a pool viewed room yet we are being charged so much more. On top of that, the air condition doesn't work properly as well, and because we had such tiny balcony it makes the room a lot warmer and stuffy. They ended up giving us a fan until they could send someone round to fix it rather than offering to change a room.
The alcohol selections were great but some bars run out of beer, which is unacceptable in my opinion. One of the bartender was not very professional and helpful as well. We have been told that we could get 2 drinks per person but one of the bartender refused us on the second night. He was rude and claimed that we could only have 1 drink each and takes him forever to serve.
Doesn't have their own beach front area or sandy beach area, so you will have to travel to a different bay or just sunbath at the pool side.
All in all, it is not a great experience with this 4 stars hotel and it is not worth the price.
