"Great location to enjoy the city. Clean and nice rooms. Poor experience of room service which was late, incorrectly carried out and of low quality. However I would use this hotel again due to its location alone. Ideal having the Qpark next to it too"

"Stayed four nights at Iris hotel with my 6 year old twin grandsons. Room was fine clean and tidy only thing short was a plug for the bath but not a big problem was a shower too. Ideal location close to all attractions. The breakfast was buffet style continental. I do not always eat breakfast but suited the boys they had cereal, toast or pancakes. We were at the back of the hotel it was quiet at night. Saw 2 of the front sea view rooms they were big and great views and looked very nice."

Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

"Property is in a good location. Grade listed building in good condition. Unfortunately the rooms were too hot, the air conditioning didn’t work. Fans were provided but they just moved warm air around. We booked 2 rooms and had to swap with our sons as the bed was too small for them in their room. All of us had very little sleep due to the rooms being too hot. We should have complained at check out but we were just too tired with having a busy day/night with very little sleep."

"We managed to check in a little earlier, only by half hour or so but that was not a problem for the hotel. Located right on the docks with stunning scenery, could not of picked a better hotel to stay on our last night in Liverpool. The hotel decor in the waiting area, bar area, our room 420 and outside dining area was absolutely stunning, not one fault. We had the perfect view from outside our window of the docks, passerbys, the cruise ships pulling up! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful also. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk directly into the beginning of the city centre or we used the Bolt scooters/bikes which was right next to the hotel on the walkway. Will most definitely book and recommend the Malmaison again!"
