"As the coronovirus reached northern Italy all meetings and events I had planned to attend were cancelled and so there was nor reason for me to go to Milano anymore and also I wanted to avoid getting corona myself. In situations like this that nobody can predict I think the best way to handle this is o be generously with cancellation policy. But this Hotel insisted in keeping up the booking and made me pay for the stay even though I did not come.
