Rang the number we were told to ring, had no idea about our booking that we booked in April 2017. After an hour of not knowing who we were and where we were supposed to be , another room in another hotel was given. His was very stressful and not a good way to begin our holiday. This reflects badly on Wotif , how did this happen and why?
