Modern interiors include 2 living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and butler's pantry, three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, and are finished with refreshed, high-quality furnishings.
Lining the bright, refreshed exterior is a manicured lawn space and high-sitting trees, allowing glimmering light to shine over the decked seating area, perfectly designed for barbecue meals with family. Bifold doors open the main kitchen, living and dining to an outdoor dining and seating area. A fire pit allows for a nice area to sit with the family during the warm summer nights.
Nearby Shops and beautiful, sought-after McRae beaches, this property is perfectly positioned for convenient shopping, beach access, and serenity on your next coastal getaway. Bypass the traffic with trouble trouble-free location near the Mornington Peninsula freeway exit, allowing your holiday to begin before other travellers.
