Communication couldn't have been any better. Everything was just how we wanted it. We took the train to Melb, which is a 5 - 10min walk from Souther Cross Station. Everything was within walking distance, with the City Circle tram just outside the apartment lobby. It was such a great place to bring family, my elderly grandparents had such an easy way around the city with little struggle at all thanks to the location of this stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us!
