A new addition is a great studio with Tri Bunk, sofa, TV, kitchenette, and WC as well as games to keep everyone entertained. Featuring; soaring ceilings to capture the north light; a good-sized kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooking; stunning timber floors throughout; gas ducted heating as well as a European laundry. Also offers; a fabulous rear deck - ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun, as well as a terrific studio with toilet facilities, a kitchenette, an outdoor shower, and all of this is on a fully fenced block in one of Rye's most coveted locations.
