Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, it captures breathtaking views of the expansive garden. The space seamlessly flows into the dining area, featuring a long, stylish table ideal for memorable dinners. The hallway leads to the main bedroom with a Queen bed, followed by a bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). A large, modern bathroom features a rain shower, with a separate toilet and powder room. Upstairs, the spectacular mezzanine loft offers additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a bunk (sleeps 4). A second bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Ducted heating is present throughout the home. In addition to the main living spaces, there's a cozy sitting area with a second Tuscan-inspired fireplace overlooking the private rear garden. The central kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a large oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Quality fittings, wooden floors, and an inviting ambiance create a truly special atmosphere. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautifuly furnished beach house set within expansive , private and picture perfect gardens just a few minutes to Portsea Pier. The pool, spa and tennis court are gorgeous and the property was very clean, peaceful and secluded.We especially appreciated the ability to take our small dogs outside- the gardens offer plenty of coverage and shade, although not enclosed.Our dogs stay close so wandering off was not an issue.The only downside for us was the internet was extremely slow which should be an easy fix and there was no king size bed .
