PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday, or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer, and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5-night minimum applies. Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

The swimming pool is unavailable until the end of April.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is almost on your doorstep.

Perched high up on the 20th floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can sleep up to 8, with extra guests on foldup beds. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings above 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for your group's convenience.

Should you need to use a port-a-cot, you must provide your linen.

From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
