Flawless integration of outdoor/indoor living is represented upstairs with the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge extending effortlessly out to the partially sheltered deck and landscaped rear garden. A modern kitchen featuring stone waterfall island bench, double drawer stainless dishwasher and glass splashback along with the remote Vergola (adjustable louvre roof system) and screening panels on the terrace, are perfect for the frequent entertainer. Also on the upper level, is the lavish master bedroom with grand ensuite, study alcove, walk-in robe and deck access providing plenty of room for rest, escape and relaxation. Extra features include timber flooring, split-system air conditioning, stone feature gas log fireplace, open entry frameless showers, double lock-up garage, Smart TV’s and membership to the Settlers' Cove tennis courts.
