Carlton- Its a funky self contained loft guests home. It is located in the heart of Rathdowne village, where the property overlooks the treelined boulevard. It is serene and peaceful, it is very comfortable for 2 to 5 persons for your group. It is fully furnished studio with an ensuite and a kitchenette. Fully equipped loft studio.

This property is based on a tiny home movement. But there is nothing small about this loft. It has high soar ceiling. It has a lovely gorgeous lovely courtyard.

You have a large front entrance, as you enter you will see a common hallway. This will lead you to the many loft studios in the property. At the end of the hallway, it will lead you to a large backyard. There is a grapevines with shaded sitting area. It is for all guest to enjoy and have a bbq, cook outside the undercover kitchen. Or just bask in the sun and read a good book in this common courtyard. It makes you feel like you're a world away and yet you're only 10 15 mins tram/bus to the city centre. All bars cafes restaurants Carlton park within minutes walking distance.
