Nestled at the end of four Villas, it features doors opening to a private garden with sun lounges and alfresco dining on the merbau entertaining deck, fitted with an outdoor kitchen, mains connected BBQ, bar fridge and sink. The Villa is ideal for those wanting a peaceful getaway, whilst also offering the option of hiring the other neighbouring Villas to enjoy time with your extended family and friends. Brilliantly positioned, only a short 3 minute walk to the Bay beach and the Blairgowrie Village, and just a 10 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries. This Villa is ideal for 2 couples or a family, with sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. There is off street parking. VILLA FEATURES: Villa No. 4 has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, and offers a comfortable stay all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months and a cosy gas log fireplace for the cooler evenings. The rear courtyard offers an outdoor hot shower and a second toilet. The main bedroom features a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has 2 Long Single beds that can be converted into a King bed upon request ($70 to change bed configuration, must be confirmed at time of booking). Luxury linen and towels are included. Villa No. 3 and Villa No. 4 have a private gate connecting them if you wish to accommodate a total of 8 people between the 2 Villas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capella Villa 4\. The location was perfect with shops within close walking distance and beachside walks very accessible. The villa itself was very clean and quiet with the gas fireplace perfect for keeping us cosy and warm. The apartment had everything we needed, including every kitchen utensil you could imagine and plenty of wardrobe storage space. We ate our breakfast in the little courtyard out the back which was lovely. The location is convenient - so close to the beach and shops, yet nice and quiet. The place is bright and the fit-out is stylish and comfortable. (I am not sure how the white fabric sofa and armchairs will go in the long run, though, bless the interior designer…) The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was enough wardrobe and vanity space for us to not have to live out of a suitcase. The villa is quite small and probably more suitable for a couple than a family, at least if you are staying for more than just a few nights. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a thoughtful touch. If you are a keen self-caterer, you will probably find the bar fridge and 2/3-size dishwasher a little small, and miss having a rangehood. Then again, you can always go out for dinner. You’re on holidays, right?
