Great location in the middle of the CBD making it very easy to walk to activities, also close to trams, trains or buses if required. Clean and spacious room and excellent staff. Very friendly and will always assist.

Hotel is in good location and room though small (no writing desk) but has everything I need. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Supermarkets are all within walking distance. Surprised mostly Chinese restaurants in the area. 10 Min walk to Queen Victoria Market, lots of food choices Will stay again.

Staffs are excellent and helpful, but the bathroom sink is very small and there is construction work near hotel , very noise start from morning 7:00 am even at midnight, I don’t know why this allowed to happen , slept really bad in the first 2 nights, staff helped me change room , then better ~
