The staff are very welcoming and make us feel right at home. We love the location, close to the trams and lots of great restaurants. We also appreciate the amenities as we like to work out in the gym and find the washer and dryer in the apartment very convenient. We always choose to stay here when we visit Melbourne and I can highly recommend this property.

The location was fantastic. It’s a few blocks away from all the shopping and I can drop things off and go right back out immediately. The washer and dryer unit inside the apartment is a game changer. I can do laundry at my own convenience, especially after going on tours and being on zoo visits.

A lot to like about the place: location, mod cons, etc but I found the shower a bit lacking. It had a nozzle that didn’t adjust in any way, which had me very close to the wall to get underneath it because of the way it was mounted. The pressure and spray pattern were great either. But overall, great stay - good sized rooms, washer and dryer in the room, 2 TVs. No major complaints.

The room as great for us. Walking distance to everything we were doing and seeing. Close to the train station so we left cars at home. When we arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. on the day of our reservation, we went to the front desk to leave our luggage before check-in. To our surprise, our room was already ready, and the staff kindly gave us our room key right away. Since we were traveling with a young child, being able to rest for a while was a huge help. Good room size and location. The hotel itself is fairly dated. Felt a bit dirty with the overall smell of the room and the carpets and couch needed a clean, both were stained. Did the job for one night but won’t be rushing back.
