Three cockroaches appeared in the room just as we were going to sleep. Since it was late and the hotel is divided into two properties, we had to stay overnight. The next day, I requested a room change because I had paid for two nights, and the receptionist offered to spray insecticide. After insisting, she finally moved me. And that's not even mentioning the condition of the blankets and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Its a budget hotel, nothing is fancy. The pool is outside and cold water, surrounding by other apartments so its very hot. The pool is 1.3m depth all way through and have sign for no kids under 18, definitely not suitable for a family. Room is clean, location is great. If you don't spend much time in the room and just for sleep, its for you and worth the money. If you want to spend time and enjoy the room, this is not for you. We were settled on the fourth floor and when we entered the room, we immediately wanted to escape from there. Very dirty and depressing room, with cockroaches!!!!!! We were relocated to another building for one night, but it wasn't better there, it was dirty and there were cockroaches even in the bedroom, I couldn't sleep, afraid that they would go out crawling in bed. As soon as you get out of the elevator, it's like you're in a horror movie, everything is very old and dirty. The next day we were given another room on the ninth floor, it was better, cleaner and without cockroaches. So if you're staying at this hotel, ask for rooms starting from the seventh floor.
