### Cozy Studio near Megève Center with Parking and Hiking Access

This studio apartment on the 1st floor offers optimum comfort. It comprises a living room with sofa bed (140x190), television, dining area, fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. An outside numbered parking space (no. 103) is included.  
  
Ideally located just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Megève, the studio is 1.5 km from the ski lifts in the Jaillet ski area and 300 metres from the shuttle bus stop for the Rochebrune ski area (buses run every 20 minutes). Numerous hiking trails are also within easy reach.  
  
This studio is ideal for making the most of mountain activities in both winter and summer.

Subject to availability: bed and bathroom linen, baby kit, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning.  
A deposit will be required on arrival.
